Private Lessons

Whether you need one-on-one time with a coach before an important meet, or to help break down a mental block, Extreme Air Coaches can offer private lessons. 

Back​ Hand Spring Clinics

Perfect for those trying out for a school cheer squad, or a clinic day for the whole squad. Back Hand Spring lessons are available with Coach Tammy. 

Open Gyms

Open gyms are offered on select Friday evenings. Each open gym  has a theme and offers a 2-3 hour block of time for gym members and non-members to have fun! Watch our Facebook page for announcements.
